Hi Everyone,
I am a new member to this site. I was approaching my 30th birthday and decided that I wanted to get in shape. Now my birthday has come and gone and I am almost halfway through with Couch to 5 K. Beginning August 18th I will belong to a college rec center and hope to begin some strength training there. I would like to lose 5 to 10 pounds, but my main goal is to get toned....no more flabbiness!!!!

Hey, I'm new to this site as of today also. I am 25 yrs. old. I have a 5yr old little girl and just got married last year. All the stress from the wedding planning made me gain about 18 pounds. I am looking to lose that now and finally tone up my stomach muscles again. Pregnancy is not friendly to your body. :laugh:

Another newbie here, be 22 for the next few months. I'm already in decent shape, took a break for the last 2 months, so I'm toning back up currently. my career recquires me to keep my abs toned, and to run. What I'm really wanting to focus on is developing some size and mass in my arms/shou.ders/chest. Best of luck in you'r goals, keep at it, and enjoy that burn you get starting out, yesterday was legs =/

another newbie here. my 32nd birthday is on thursday. I am the mother of three great boys and a newborn baby girl. I want to focus on losing all my baby weight.

Hi,
I'm new to the site as well. I'm 30 and have a 2 year old little girl, love of my life. I have been extremly over weight most of my life. Blew up like a balloon at puberty, lost a good bit a couple of times. I'm tierd of being fat and I'm doing something about it for good this time. Life style changes in a major way. I want my kids to grow up knowing how to be fit and healthy. So good luck to all of you!
