Hi everybody..
my name is Marinos from Thessaloniki- Greece.I'm 32 years old and i am tired of trying to see some changes on me.My height is 169cm,my weight is 76kg and my fat is about 25%.I am working out about 6 days a weekFew days at the gym,some days for jogging,some days kick boxing.
All this time since i was 18 i am trying to see some muscles,but nothing.Last years i am trying to get rid of my belly fat but nothing so far...now i need your advice
