Hey All I am new here. I am 32 year old male. Very outta shape. Was quick athletic threwout highschool and some of 20's. I suffer from depression and from this I find it hard to get out and exercise. My goals are to just get my cardio back! Stamina and just healthy. I would like to lose weight of course as I am over weight. Then from there, hopefully, once those goals are met we can take up some notchs to strengh training and muscle building. Anyways thanks all. Great site.
