Hey guys I am new here and as some of you have probley seen my profile is not filled out for some reason the ships fire wall keeps kicking me out when I go to up load my pic and its seems the only way to do the profile is to upload a pic SO anyway little about my self.

Use to play lots of soccer basket ball and run track and field . Did a little long distance cycling to in the the off seasons. Well now I am 33 and fat and out of shape gave up sports about 10 years back . SO now I am tring to get my fat arse back into it. I work off shore on a vessel so work out right now is half descent we have a good gym 2 bikes row machine basic smith machine and a multi fuction weight machine that needs some new wire.

At home I have a full gym I will be getting a membership for. Right now I am trying to find my own way throught a heap of info that soemtimes contradics itself. CArbs yes carbs no lift heavy weight till failure or lots of reps with little weight. Type of diet to be on , protein shake or creatine shake. Fat burners which one is the best,i'm kind of lost in some regards any thoughts or experiences would be welcomed.

Right now I stand 5'11 and weigh in at around 330 but I have lost some weight since back on board vessel 3 weeks ago. I currently have the fat burner Methyl Ripped but can't seem to find any info except what comes from manufacture. Anyone have any info on it I have not started but want to before I get home and surprise my wife and family with a little trimmer and and some what defined me.

Well I ranted enough again any help would be welocmed.
