Hi i could really do with some advice, i have recently lost 2 stone in weight, and decided that i needed to tone up, so i joined a gym a couple of weeks ago, did the inductions no problem and the first couple of session went well, but the last 2 times that i have been i have been having problems with the exercise bike, i do all the same settings, but am finding the resistance much to hard after the inital warm up with in 5 minutes my legs are hurting so bad and am having trouble breathing, i'm sure i must be doing something wrong, but dont know what, last week was a different story i managed the 15 minutes without even sweating to much, i would really appreciate some help

Welcome to freetrainers kazz.
I think your body is telling you something, like "I'm not ready for 15 min yet!" Cut back to 10 min and try increasing slowly. Are you also weight training? Make sure you are getting thr right kinds of fats, and carbs, and olso plenty of rest.
Hope this helps.
