Hi, I'm 25 and from NJ. All my life, I've been in good shape, hitting the gym at least 4-5 days a week. Now, I work a full-time job and go to grad school at night. So, as you can probably guess, the gym has taken a backseat. I guess I just want to make my workouts a little more efficient so I'm not burning myself out by having 14-hour days.
