I have a great metabolism so I have never had to diet or watch my nutrition. Yet recently I have noticed that I have this small annoying pinch of padding around the gut. Realizing that the only way to rid myself of this is to not only exersize but also make a nutrition plan (as well as follow it). I have no idea how to count my intake of fat grams or carbs. Does anyone have any helpful hints or tips on how to easily (and cheaply, college student here) follow a nutrition plan.
