I would like to burn off the fat, right now i am jogging/running for an hour 3x week, 2x a week i do sprints for about 10-15mins, and 3-4x a week a lift heavy at the gym, i think my biggest problem is eating enough, i can't seem to eat more than 1800 calories a day, i have cereal and bananas in the morning, a banana and a clif bar in the afternoon, soup or noodles or tuna for lunch, a snack, and then chick and veggies or fish and veggies, and i take 2-3 500mg of vitamin c daily, this is about average of what i do and eat, any suggestions to get the fat off even more, or is it just a matter of time? any help would be great, this is a great site, thanks ahead of time. if you need more info let me know
