My name is Rebecca. I am 23. I am not over weight, i weigh 118 and i am 5'2". But I have a two year old son and ever since he was born i have gain excess fat in areas i would rather show up than cover up. I just want to tone my abdominals, thighs and glutes. I am very busy and don't have a whole lot of time for exercise. My eating habits are horriable ( i will admit this). when i get to eat, i don't eat heathly, mostly fast food. Is takign a dietary suppliment drink a good idea? Any other suggestions?

Not really the best thing you could do is to fight to find the time to eat right. You really would be surprised as to how easy it is. Take a large bag of chicken breasts cook them on a sunday along with a bag or two of vege stirfry and Bam you got almost a weeks worth of meals. Or hardboil a dozen eggs, meals on the go there. I mean there are literally dozens upon dozens of meals and things you can do...do a search here and I am sure you will find some great reading material. As to those "dite drinks" if you are talking about slimfast it does help some but is loaded with sugar. Not sure if you are like me but that would load on the fat LOL. Ok on to the areas you want to fix. There is NO such things as spot reducing by that I mean getting rid of just the fat from the areas you want to. It takes a lot of work in the gym. No most woman will say here that I do not want to bulk like a man. Ok you WILL NOT DO SO. Unless you are on drugs or have a lot of male horomones floating around that will not happen. i would suggest talking to Philla2 here at FT she is great with knowledge on how to workout as a woman. She has many years of experience and competes as a bodyduilder. Look at her photos and you will see that she is not huge and bulky. I hope this helps you can get rid of the fat in those areas but if you go in with the mind set to just loose it form those areas you never will. Instead go in with a commiment to workout and really give it a full 3-6 months and I think you will be greatly surprised.
