Hey to all... I am new here but not new to the lose and regain again weight thing... I am a mother to 4 kids (15,11,6,5)... I am 5'3" tall.. and weigh around 185.. I am so tired of this diet thing.. I wish I could just stop eating so much and quit having to stress over being outta shape... Well if anyone can encourage me please feel free to help me get on the right track ... PLEASE!!! I need some one to steer me in the right direction.. :(
Welcome.. Desire and motivation are a big part of the battle. It's not a matter of continual diets but rather setting up a lifestyle that's not what you're used to. It takes time but it's easily attainable. Browse around the site a bit, lots of motivation not to mention some super good info.
Dersire, weight loss will come, you just gotta hit those weights and do some cardio, hell I used to weight 270 and I'm 5'9" lost it all by lifting weights and walking an hour a day, so it's not to hard, hang in there you can do it.
