Hi there, I'm new here, stopped over from the Shape.com boards. I'm 36, married for 16+ yrs, ahve 2 kids girl 13, boy 10, and am a stay at home mom who substitute teaches. My DH and I love to cruise, so I always have a motivator in that. He also loves to buy me VS stuff, especially skimpy Bikinis, so there's another motivator.
Currently I'm weighing around 127, 33/27/36, with a MyBodyComp BF of 24.12%. I still have a little work left to do as we cruise in a little over 30 days.
I work out consistently 6x/week, which includes 5-6 days of moderate to intense cardio for anywhere from 30-60 minutes. I lift full body push/pull 3x/week, and include Yoga, Pilates, running, step, Kickboxing and Salsa into my routines.
Over the last few months(since Jan) I've lost about 12lbs. that I regaines last year, and am bound and determined to KEEP IT OFF!!!!

ummm.... yeah, new here, and really really want to get fit, having trouble doing it on my own, so that is why I am here, :) I am in trouble if I don't do something, next year, well, when school starts back up, I am going to be majoring in medical/legal office technology, which basically to me, means sitting on my butt for the rest of my life, got to get into shape some how :dumbbell: I am at a good 170 right now, could use a little help! Always open for ideas, I am creative, just not when it comes to fitness, lol. :big_smile:
