Hi. I'm currently a student having a 3-4mths of vacation. I'm a very skinny person,  loves to eat but could'nt gain much weight.
Since i'm unable to gain weight, is it possible for me to build muscles?
If i'm getting dumbbells for home training, what is the recommending weight should i be getting?
Any helps is appreciated.

I paid $100 on craigslist for the dumbbells and rack. They range in pairs from 5 lbs to 50 lbs in 5 lb increments. The 60 and 70 lb so n the floor were a lot more expensive. As to the rest of your question. Eat clean and lift. You need to learn to count calories. Once you establish a baseline that maintains your weight, increase you daily intake by 250 per day for two weeks. If you don't see an uptic on the scale, increase again. Don't make radical changes in your caloric intake. This is a marathon, not a sprint.

Yeah, $100 for weights and rack. The 60 and 70s came to about $150. When the posers decide they have had enough they practically give their equipment away.
