Good Luck! I find that no one hands you the time. You have to make it! Figure out what is the least important activity you have and stop doing it. Look at the other things you do during the day, are they things another member of your household should or could do just as easily. Let them do it. Divide the chores evenly (take into cosideration time and the persons ability). Do things ahead of time. Make menus for the week. On Grocery day take a few min. after you get home to clean and bag the fresh goodies you like to snack on and cook with.(or cheat and buy triple washed fruits/vegis/salad mix) Put the items together according to your menu order. That way you don't plan the menu, or clean vegetables everyday. Menus are easy to vary if you like the everything. Choose a meat or substitute(chicken, fish, turkey, tofu, soymeats, , and pork) for every day in the week. Add in the vegis you like, steam, roast, grill, and stir fry them. Throw them on rice, in a tortilla, right on the meat whatever you like. Seasonings are almost always guilt free. Watch out for fatty condiments. But who needs anything but some fresh salsa(which you can buy in the produce section). Remember you do need to eat well or you will slow your metabolism down causing weight loss to be very slow. Take time for yourself 1st.
