Hey, I'm Mandi 16 f 190 lbs and 5'4". I want to reach a goal weight of 115-120 but not sure about meal plans. I was just wondering (not sure if someone already asked this) if in the nutrition section there is ever a way to get a meal plan design based on my personal protein, calorie etc. needs, since I'm having a hard time designing one. If someone could let me know I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

This site will not set up meal plans for you. You have to learn something about nutrition and what foods are in order to figure out your needs. However, an easy method to start with is:

1. check out the grocerylist for healthy eating thumbtack at the top of the diet and nutrition forum

2. eat 5-6 meals a day and for each meal include a lean protien (eggs, chicken, lean beef) good carbs (whole wheat pasta, brown rice, sweet potatoes) and tons of veggies. Try and keep your fat intake to EFA's(essential fatty acids) found in olive oil, nuts, flax seed oil, salmon. So a typical lunch might be; chicken breast + brown rice + veggies.

3. many people also find it helpful to not eat carbs late in the day...so your last meal of the day could be eggs or handful of nuts, or some cottage cheese.

hope this helps.
