I was just introduced to this site and I think its a great idea. I have a question for the mods or for anyone who would know.
1. I have a free membership that allows me to only workout Wed, Fri, and Sun. I was wondering if I could change my profile to use those days?
2. There are a few of those excersises I dont feel comfortable doing and I would like to replace it with a similiar excersise. Would that be possible to do that here as well?
If it could be done, that would be great. Thanks for your help

Welcome to the community Steve!
1. I would suggest signing up for a 3 day program here at ft for whatever particular goal you have. Then simply use those 3 days in mon - wed - fri instead of what ft gives you. You can run it by us to double check if you like.
2. Sure you can replace them, however be aware that the exercises that you are given by ft are specific for your goals and personal profile. If you would like suggestions of replacing certain exercises, ask here!
Good Luck!

"There are a few of those excersises I dont feel comfortable doing"
Just a small point Steve, but occassionally those exercises we aren't comfortable with are the ones that do us the most good. Welcome to ft.

Thanks for the help Ah-nold. Well, I started my workout today and it felt great! Today, my left arm hurt when I did the "one arm triceps extensions". It was somewhere around my shoulder area, and it was just the left arm. I dont think it was my form, so I just replaced it with the "one arm reverse pulldown".
The excersises that I feel uncomfortable with are the lower back excersises that don't seem to have much support. I had a lower back problem, but I'm not too sure what it is and it comes and goes. Exercises such as the "good mornings" and "deadlifts" are what I'm concerned about. I'm worried I'm going to do it wrong or hurt my back doing it right. I was thinking of replacing them with the "hyperextensions" because I have done those before. Long post.
Thanks again for you help.
