ok ive been skinny all my life but since all i used to eat was junk food i have this small belly that doesnt seem to go away. i started to go to the gym every day and ive seen little change... my routine is daily for 5 days
Chest/Biceps/Abs
Legs/Triceps/Abs
Shoulders/Back/Abs
ive gone from 155 to 165 in 5 months, my main objective is my six pack and its the only think i havent been able to get... can anyone help me on this?

Great abs come with a great diet. You can do all the crunches you want, but without a clean diet, you won't lose that layer of fat.

Also remember exercises like Squats, deadlifts, rows, pull ups, dips, heavy shrugs, etc....give you the 6pack, not necessarily doing million crunches...
Also remember to keep increasing intensity of ab exercises....and keep reps low...abs respond better to heavy weight and low reps.....with fast/explosive tempo....sets of 5 reps are good ....
Tim is right on..... unless your nutritional aspect is right...you're never going to get your 6pack....You probably need to start losing body fat ....you need to be around 9% to start to see abs....and around 5-7% for crisp abs....

i dont know anything about diet i stoped drinking sodas, beer and alcohol, and stoped eating @ fast foods so that has to help... anyways im @ 9 % fat right now so i guess it wont be long ey?

Your diet means..what you eat during the day...doesn't mean anything highly restrictive necessarly...What do you eat in a typical day? Good work on the improvements though :)
