whats up everyone?? just your avg guy lookin to get bakc in th gym ,thinking about getting some home gym equipment. problably bowflex, but watned to see what you guys thougth about them. i am thinkinag about getting this new bowflex called the Bowflex Revolution. anyone have any thoughts on the bowflex??

I think an adjustable bench and a set of freeweights is a great investment!

I have not used the bowflex machines, though, anyone?

A bowflex will put on muscle for u and make u look great....but its not the kind of raw strength u will get with free weights. I agree with the point above...invest in a nice bench and some dumbells...and maybe a lat tower/tricep machine. That will get u started.

its cheaper than a bowflex to invest in that too...sry...forgot that point
