Just came across this site while searching for something else. For once Google helped....

I was 60 lbs overweight for most of my adult life and when my doctor wanted to put me on blood pressure meds I decided enough was enough. Started dieting and when I hit a plateau @ 210 I joined a gym, got a personal trainer to keep me from hurting myself. It's benn 3 years and I'm at 190 pounds consistently. I'm always looking for different workouts to keep from getting bored or burning out on a program. Your site came along at just the right time, I'm at 6 weeks on my current workout.

it took me a complete year to lose 60 pounds now I've been working out 3 times a week for the last 3 years. at 46 I'm definately in the best shape I've ever been in.

Jim

Thanks, I'm hoping to get a few new workouts to fight the boredom.

I really like the over 40 board - it gives me hope that I can get a little size. I've still got the biceps of a 14 year old girl.
