I just joined yesterday! I am 21 years old and I am 5'4" tall and weigh in at 137 lbs.
I normally weigh around 115 and stay around that weight but recently I have been sitting around alot more, eating foods that are high in fat and carbs and just not working off any of the weight gain. I am trying to get back down to 115 within the next few months. Today I started my diet and ate the following:
Breakfast- Did not eat anything (I know, a big no no..)
Lunch-Salad with grilled chicken breast/Cup of Homeade Chicken Noodle Soup/Glass of Milk and a Glass of Water
Dinner- Grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad/Manderin Oranges (About 1/2 a cup of the oranges)/Glass of Milk
Snacks- 1 Pkg of Saltine Crackers/Glass of water
Any tips on losing the weight? I do not have a problem losing the weight except I am not nearly as active as I used to be due to fracturing my foot 2 months ago and I have been taking it easy..
