Hi! I am new here and looking to lose at least 50 lbs this year. This looks to be a pretty good site. My whole family is looking to lose weight this year. My wife and daughter are using Curves. I am using Bally's.
A quick question/observation. The workout for the first day has one of the exercises repeated. The Two Hand Cable Curls to be precise. Just a glitch? I'm not meant to do that one twice in a row am I, as in two groups of 4 sets?
