I'm Liz, I'm 14 almost 15 (one more week wooohoooo!) I've been working out since I was twelve. Originally the first year I saw no improvement upon my weight and just lost hope ( I was about 50 pounds overweight by this point). However, the beginning of 8th grade year I got a new determination, and by freshman year i've lost all of those 50 pounds! :) at this point i'm working on building muscle mass and getting in the best shape i can be in.
My workout plan basically revolves around running, and then targeting all the muscle groups. Although, I realized that its probably better to focus on one muscle group per a day? (comment if i'm wrong plz!) Anyways, my goal is to be able to do an 1000lb leg press ( at about 600 right now) and have visibly ripped abs :D.
