We maxed at school today:

Bench: 300
Squat: 500
Deadlift: 505
at 5"9 - 233 pounds - 17 years old

How'd I do?

Squat: 465
Dead Lift: 500"

Yea, my deadlift didn't go up too much because I dislocated my finger a while back and I haven't been working out in deadlift all summer, but I'm glad to know I went 5 pounds over my max without working out in that exercise all summer.
