Hi Everyone, i'm a new member here at ft, just starting on a program, I've trained before, but in a disorganized manner. My first question is should i tweak the ft program that they set up for you or run with it the way it is, it seems like a higher volume than i used to do.

I would suggest you go with this program to the end of the period.
Then you will see for yourself if you should tweak or not.

hi all, thanks for your responses, i'll give it a go with this program and see what happens. Another question came up for me, i decided to supplement with creatine, and i'm wondering what is the preferred method of taking it, i'm going to load, but is it better on an empty stomach, with dextrose or sugar etc..

Use straight water. The sugar just gets it into your blood stream faster. Some use grape juice because of the fructose level.
Take it pre workout and post workout. Perhaps with your protien supp.
