Im new, I saw this forum and I thought it was weird but would be helpful... I'm sad to report that I'm a bigger fat ass than I previously thought. I thought I weighed 155lbs, but I just weighed myself and much to my disappointment I weighed a hefty 170lbs. It is not muscle mass I'm sad to say... I just hope that when football season starts, I lose all or most of the fat again :-(

Well at least you realized it yourself so now you just have to set your goals and work towards it.
Welcome and good luck!

You've come to the right place to make a change. Now you have to stop seeing what you are, and start seeing what you can become. When I'm feeling down about not losing as much fat as I'd like, I just take a look at the flab and think, "hey! That's just energy for all the hard work I'm going to do!"
Good luck, keep in touch!

I am spanking brand new to all this. I am 5'7". I have all my life been around 130 and since a life change last year and a new job that consists of sitting all day I am up to a hefty 155. I started a month ago doingt his and that, walking, running (shinsplints stopped that), crunches and lately I feel like stretching. I have gained 2lbs since I started and my clothes are even tighter. Gr I have no clue what I am doing, plus I cannot get my program to come up.
