Just wanted to say hello. I joined the gym shortly after finding this site. Decided I couldn't afford not to join a gym. I have muscle, but definitely need to slim down. I appreciate any suggestions, especially for my middle. This is a great site. Thank you to everyone.
Welcome tsheff1! Glad to have you aboard. The key to slimming down is diet. And I don't mean eating less really, but eating better foods. Also some cardio mixed in with your workout will have you slimming down over time. Good luck and welcome!
