I have been working out on and off for the past 5 years and never really noticed any gains so I would just quit. This year was my heaviest (fattest) I have ever been. I was 6'2" 240lbs size 38waist. I have been going to the gym and working out for the past 3 months and have gone down to 218 lbs and a size 34 waist. Since I have lost most of my body fat and not gained much muscle mass, I have joined FT to get some pointers on the correct diet and workout regimend to get me to the point where I would like to be.
