hey everyone, my name is Dave and im 19 years old, im 5'9 and i am 173 lbs.. I use to work out alot and was pretty active but then i stopped and got pretty lazy for the past 3 years and in those 3 years i lifted like only a few times a month. my goals are to get a little stronger and to lose wieght. Also my main goal is to stick to a lifting program. Everytime I try to get back to lifting i usally stop after a week or 2, i guess im not really motivated enough. Anyone have any tips for me to basically stay on track and to follow my program and keep lifting??
well nice to meet you all
Dave
