I just began the 12 wk ab program. Can anyone tell me if this really works??

Absolutely. There are many success stories about the program. However, your diet must be clean and in order or else all of your hard work will be hidden under a layer of fat. Abs are made in the kitchen. Good Luck

And yes, the ab program works if YOU want it too. It gets tough towards the end, but is worth it. You really have to keep an eye on your diet to. That is pretty key in the whole fitness thing. Total maintenance... that's where it's at!

Lean meat and fish, complex carbs , healthy fats. Look in the nutritional section for a post by BB1 fit called the body builders grocery list. It is what you need to know. Eat in the proportions FT suggests.
