hello everyone im new to this website, i just wanna say that its an amazing website for beginners and advanced people. Well i am 18 and i weigh only 120 pounds and im looking to gain more weight and muscle, and suggestions on nutrition and what i should start eating more?

Welcome to the site! This is one of the best around...
As for your goals, fill in your profile and that will answer a lot of questions right there... follow the exercise and nutrition plan and you should do well!
And, don't forget to ask any questions!

Diet and routine play alot in this role. You will find all kinds of info here, if you have a question just post it or use the search buddy. I have found all kinds of answers using the search buddy.

i have a problem, i just changed my fitness plan today and updated it and now it says that my plan doesnt start till next monday but it started yesterday, do i just fill in the information anyway or is their anyway this can be fixed?

Any time you change your program, it resets to start Monday. You can continue to workout, you just won't be able to put any info into your data base till next week when your new program starts.
