Hi,
I just stumbled upon this site and I haven't started my program yet. I will tomorrow though and I have to say I'm pretty excited. I just have a question..how long are we generally supposed to rest between sets?

Rest between sets can vary... anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute and a half... unless you have kids... then the time between sets could be even greater... :laugh:
