Hello everyone, I used to do a lot of running and then stopped for a little while. I am now getting back into it as well as strength training so any tips any of you can give me would be great!

I am also hoping to tone up a little, but am having a hard time not eating as many carbs, especially in the morning for breakfast, any tips on fast and easy breakfast ideas would also be great.

Hello and welcome to FT 1stjean! First off, if you fill out your profile and go to the exercise and nutritional suggestions you will find some good ideas.

I eat a bowl of oatmeal - no milk, with cinnamon and splenda nearly every morning, now and then I substitute a scrambled eggs, 2 whites and one whole, or a bowl of cereal with oatmeal and fruit, or two pieces whole wheat toast with natural peanut butter on them and juice.
