Hello everyone, I'm 25, 6'1" 185 and want to gain about ten pounds of muscle. I'm just came across this website earlier this week and I'm very impressed, I've read a lot of good information about nutrition and set up a workout plan. I didn't realize how important diet was in weight training, I have been working out since high school but never really made a lot of progress because my diet was poor and my metabolism is high.
