Hello, I am Jak. I have come to this community to better my body, my eating habits are not so good(I don't eat enough, but I am about 15 lbs overweight). I would like to get on a diet that will allow me to lose weight, and gain muscle(I want a six pack). I would appreciate any suggestions on how to eat properly, a detailed post on what to eat daily and when to eat it would be nice. I look forward to being a contributing part of the FT community, thanks!
