Ok so I am new and slightly confused...well I can navigate the site ok bc I am getting a little more familiar with it. Is there any where that personalizes a cardio plan for you as well as the weight plan?? Thanks in advance!

Welcome, Jess! Nope, the weight program is used as when you build muscle, you burn more, so that seems to be the best route, not to say that you can't incorporate something, but the program here at FT is with regard to weights, adjusting can make it cardio, too.
