It does become second nature but it takes some time and some work. I found I had to get really tough with my brain and never make an excuse. Go to the gym and get changed and if after that you still wanted to go home them fine you could do it. You'll end up working out anyway and some of your best workouts will be the days you tried to convince yourself there was a good reason not to go. It becoming second nature also coincided with me starting to see results. As some of the people on here state it becomes your lifestyle and then you start making excuses for other things so you can get your exercise in.
