Hi all! I am a 6'0, 165lb, 19 year old male. I know what you are thinking, I must be fairly average, at the very least. I would say so. However, even running 2.5 miles every morning, and another 2.5 in the evening, I cannot seem to shed the extra fat. I usually have a meal replacement shake for breakfast and lunch, along with a juice at both meal times, ample amounts of water throughout the day, and snacks such as crackers, light cheeses, small servings of fruits and vegetables. I used to be 40-45 pounds heavier, but that weight dropped easily. It is the last 5-10 pounds that I cannot seem to shake. I figure with each of you helping me forward, I can do this! That is what I am hoping for at least.

Thanks and love!

Oh! My dinner usually consists of some Filipino dish, as my brother's fiance cooks for the three of us, so they usually includes portions of rice, vegetables, lean meat (fish, chicken, choice beef/pork), and not a whole lot else!

I don't know how you stand living with your brother and his fiance. I did that for one year. I had to get the hell out of there. They drove me crazy. I did save a lot of money though.

Oh, and to lose more fat have you considered weight training. Nothing boosts your metabolism better than weight training.

Good luck.
