Hi I am a new member and have recently joined a gym and started a routine. I need to lose at least 25lbs to be comfortable and out of the diabetes and heart problem zone. I want to know are the calories and distance that show up on the machine correct. Also, how do I convert what I weigh from Kg to lbs? One more question, how many days per week am I supposed to do cardio I hear different things on tv shows and in books. Oh yeah, can I work my abs everyday or should I give them a break too?
