I am new to the program. I play collegiate soccer and needed a more efficient way to keep up weight training in the off-season. The only program that was consistent with my current level was the super advanced one, but I do not have access to all the gym machines it recommends. I might be asking you guys about alternatives to some of these exercises if I can't think it out based on the muscles being targeted. Later-
