Hello. I just joined the morning. I so unhappy with how far I have let myself go. In the last 3 years, I have put on over 60 pounds. I had just lost weight before that and was so happy with how I looked and felt, but I let myself get back into my old routine and put the weight on that I had lost plus some. My husband has recently signed up to join the National Guard and will be going to Basic Training in January. I would love to surprise him with a new look when he gets back, but I have to start now. I live in Louisiana where food is not just a necessity for life, but almost a definition of who we are. I love food, but I am tired of thinking about it all day long. I am tired of not being able to find clothes that fit. I have to buy clothes that make me look much older than what I am b/c I cannot fit into the younger looking styles because of my large size. I am hoping to not only lose the weight, but get into the best shape I can.

no more krystal and drive through margaritas. Seriously you can use a lot of the cajun spices with your food. Basically you can keep the flare, just change up the ingredients a little.
