Hello to all, I have found this site to be wonderful and informative, thank you to those who are working the site. I am one week into an 8 week program walking like a duck and enjoying all the new things I am learning....After todays reading I will be doing negative chin ups as I am not strong enough yet to do a normal one. Any thoughts on cardio work before or after weights?

what time do you normally workout? if u workout in the morning is always good to do your cardio before weights.
