Hi, my name is Marie, I'm 56 yrs. old and partially disabled. I joined yesterday in an effort to lose another 20 lbs or so. In the past 8 months I've lost over 140 lbs due to illness, not bariatric surgery, 84 lbs coming off in 4 days due to a fluid buildup in my body. Though I have a problem with 1 exercise in my assigned fitness plan, I look forward to starting these exercises in with my others next week. I was just wondering, how many hours a day should one exercise and does 3 days a week do enough to enable weight loss? I loon forward to being here.
