Hi, I just joined this sight and I am already liking it. I'm hoping it will work for me because I need extra motivation to work out after I get home from track practice. You'd think I would be in good shape doing track but, I'm a thrower so my coach only makes me run a quarter mile. Track just doesn't give me the results I want. I'm 5'8" and 145 lbs.
