I guess I can be considered a new member. I joined a couple of weeks ago to get some better ideas on training an nutrition. I join the body for life program in Jan. and I have a couple of weeks to go to finish. I have made very good progress but not enough to win. I still have some bodyfat to remove and muscle to build and that's why I'm here. I am 61yr. old but feel like I'm 20. The program has been good but it stopped working for me. I hope this program will turn things around for me.
