I'm new as well, and so far I am impressed by the available information. I took a long look around on the web seeking decent resources to help my fitness program and basically stumbled on Free Trainers. I haven't been here long enough to say I am improving but I can say that this has great information and that is a solid start to helping me improve. I guess time will tell for the both of us. In a coupel of weeks, post again and all the newbies can compare notes. Good luck!!!

What's up Dragon,
This is a good site. I just started the 12 week mass building program. I like the excercises and I feel it everyday. It should work out well. How long have you been lifting.

What's up Merlin,
I haven't lifted ever b\fore. I'm new to all of this stuff. I'm 15yrs. old and I'm a little on the heavy side and i'm ready to get RID OF IT! I'm hoping this will be my "helper" I came upon FT on accident. I was reading some Health and Fitness message boards on compuserve and a member had posted about the site so, I decided to give it a try. It looks great, tomorrow I start my work outs. Do any of you guys do Cardio work outs?? j\w B\c I need to do that too to loose weight. if any of you do please e-mail me: meandragonbrett@cs.com

Dragon,
Dig that name!!! I actually don't do any cardio. I am a little on the thin side. I'm 24, six feet tall, and weigh about 158. I'm trying to get up to about 175 first and go from there. I'm doing the 12 week mass gainer program. It's ripping me up so far so good. Keep in touch with the progressions and stay focused on your goal.

Hi Brett. I think I found this site around Jan. I had already been on a mass building program at the time, but was using mostly compound movements. My gains were OK, but when I switched to the FT program it added alot of isolation movements. It really improved my gains quite a bit, and having the nutrition guidelines helped me a lot too. Solid site. Good luck.

Just joined today, but i have been lifting for about ten years. If you have questions let me know. I am in the process of getting certified as a personal trainer now so let me know what can do.
