Hi Everyone!.. I just discovered this site...and I really hope I can stay motivated enough to follow through. I am a 31 year old mother of 4. I was fortunate enough most of my life to not have to worry much about what I ate. I was always very active and my weight never seemed to be a problem.... until the last couple of years...at 5'4 and a half and almost 150 pounds, it's the most I've ever weighed without being pregnant... I used to be able to hide the extra pound or two with the right outfit... I can't even do that anymore...We have a family reunion at the lake in June, and at this point..there is no way I'll be comfortable enough to wear a swimsuit... I'd really like to get back into shape...not just for June, but for my kids...they are all active...in sports...at 13, 10, 8 and 5... I can barely keep up these days... I used to be a fun mom and wife...now days, I'm just tired all the time... which I know my husband as understanding as he is , gets frustrated hearing all the time.. By the end of the day...We used to treasure our time together after the kids went to bed, but now... I rarely have the energy...I'm tired of being tired..I want to get my weight and my health under control before they get too far out of control...I'm excited now to get started... I just hope I can stick with the program... thanks for the ears and the time.
