I am 5'3 and currently weigh 138. I reguarly do cardio and some weights but have not stuck to a routine. I have not been very sucessful in losing weight in the past. 3 days ago I joined a gym and was looking for some info on the web of exercise routines to do. This site seems to be really helpful. My goal is to lose 15 - 20 lbs and also build muscle. My main problem area is my thighs. Does anyone out there have any suggestions that may be useful?

Lunges and squats I would suggest for thighs. Overall weight loss I would say cardio six days a week. Seems like a lot, but it works. Just don't go overboard. Good luck
