Hey, my name is Chris I am new member. I am wondering about my workout. Cause I signed up for a "gain muscle mass" workout, and I have a friend that is on the "weight loss/definition" plan, but as I was looking at the reps, a lot of mine were in the 16's and 20's, just like that of my friends plan. I may be wrong, but I thought that a "gaining muscle" workout involved less reps and more weight. Just wondering on this. Thank you for your help

I'm afraid that I can't assist you because I'm a new member as well. However, welcome to FT <smile>-I'm certain some of the more seasoned individuals in the group will be able to provide an anwer. Til then, I guess just see where it goes <smile>

Warm up sets are often included - particularly in the earlier weeks of the programs.

The first set is always a warm up. Then go heavy.
