I just signed up for the gain muscle mass training program and also selected 12 week abs as "special ft programs" but after looking at my week 1 work out it doesnt encorporate abs at all. Why is that?
i dont know, my workout hasnt started you, but my best guess is because you have 2 programs, you must first build a muscle foundation before getting the abs. Either that or ur ab program in itself has a start up foundation builder.
