I just signed up for the gain muscle mass training program and also selected 12 week abs as "special ft programs" but after looking at my week 1 work out it doesnt encorporate abs at all. Why is that?

i dont know, my workout hasnt started you, but my best guess is because you have 2 programs, you must first build a muscle foundation before getting the abs. Either that or ur ab program in itself has a start up foundation builder.
PS: click on health reasourses-> fitness ressources-> 12 week abs, itll give u a break down of whats going on.

It's usually found at the bottom of the workout... If I remember correctly you need to click on a sentence.

it is sepreate from your normal program you will find it below your first schedule it has its on section within your chart it is incorporated with it
