I just joined this site. Changed my eating 2/26/2010, lost 5 lbs, started running 8 days ago, 2 miles per day, at about an eleven minute pace. Keeping food intake under 1300 cal, but not seeing any significant weight drop off. Current weight is 139.6 (yes I know I should round, but why? he he), and I am a 5'4 inch female. i started taking xantrex about 4 days ago, hoping to get back down to 120... Any tips, feel free to share.
