I JUST JOINED AND GOT MY PERSONALIZED WORKOUT..MY GOAL IS TO GET MORE MUSCLE DEFINITION AND LOSE WEIGHT, ABOUT TEN LBS. THE WORKOUT HAS ME DOING FOUR SETS EQUALING UP TO ABOUT 60 REPS. MY QUESTION IS COULD I DO 2 SETS OF 30 AND GET THE SAME RESULTS...I DONT WANT TO GET BIG OR BULKY...ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.

In my, very humble, opinion you should not do sets of 30. 15 even seems high to me. I often hear beginners to training say that they don't want to get bulky, and that's fine. You should understand that the people you see walking around the gym who are bulky, work extremely hard to look that way. You should be fine sticking to what FT laid out for you, and don't be afraid to train hard. I swear you will not wake up looking like Arnold after a few good days in the gym.
